We’re in a new world – one that requires a new paradigm of management leadership and board oversight. Public and private company boards need to resist the temptation to fall back into the perceived safety of the old “normal.” They must have the courage to move their companies and their board governance forward, which includes reexamining their relationship with management and their current board makeup.
